eyeball Posted March 26, 2009 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Hi everyone,I have a server 2008 server with an Areca ARC-1230 card in it with 12 1TB drives connected.These are running in RAID 6.Every so often with no pattern i get an NTFS 55 error in the system log.once it happens self healing NTFS kicks in and repairs it but its concerning me.I have done a full Chkdsk /R and ran a volume check from the RAID card Bios but the errors still occur occasionally.Is this to be expected with such a large capacity array?Thanks for any help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
