Can anybody tell me a good software that i can clean the windows Xp, Fix the Register, delete the Temporary files, and clean the bad software installed.

Personally I would back up all of your important data and rebuild the PC from scratch (I tend to do mine every 6 months or so) but if you want a good reg cleaner/Av/firewall check out the Comodo product range. Be very very careful with reg cleaners though as it's very easy to just kill your PC by deleting the wrong keys etc. As for "Bad" software do you have any examples? are you talking about malware/spyware etc? Ad-aware and spyware doctor are both good candidates and again comodo will tell you a lot about what incoming/outgoing connections you have to/from the web which will help you pick up a few. It may also be worth checking out regmon from sysinternals (this is a free download from the M$ site) that will tell you everything that is writing to and quering you registry.

Agreed - basically having an A/V, some spyware protection, and a good disk defragmenter is really all you need, but if you want specifics you'll have to be more specific in your post's questions. Too vague, really.

for bad software, need a malware/antivirus program. for prevention - a firewall.

for other system cleaning, seach for ccleaner.

try the product ccleaner its a very good one. you can do much more in this and its free.

Ccleaner is great! I also use AVG 8.5 and Spybot Search and Destroy 1.6.2 to scan for bad stuff, Uniblue registery booster for cleaning the registery, Windows inbuilt defragger for the HDD and Autoruns to cut out the junk at bootup.
