¿How can I create a Windows XP SP3 boot CD from Windows XP SP2?

Featured Replies

To whom it may concern,

Please someone answer the following request to this humble servant:

¿How one creates a Windows XP SP3 boot CD from a Windows XP SP2 boot CD?

I tried using the ISO creation function -last option in list- in nLite but it did not work, the machine did not boot to install the OS (Windows XP SP3.)

Excuse my ignorance, please.

Regards,

SSA

swtslasylm, how did SP2 get into the CD? If it is an original install CD with SP2 installed by MS, just use nLite to add SP3. Please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini. Make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, do all your work in one nLite session and integrate only one SP. Enjoy, John.
