Missing Registry file. Please Report if unexpected!

Ok i got windows Vista Ultimate 64bit and i integrated Sp1 about 80 Hotfixes and my internet Driver also i took out a couple of things

But while it was applying it came up with

Missing Registry file. Please Report if unexpected! 6

i couldn't find out the problem so i burnt it to disc and sometime while it installs it comes up with

Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into next phase of installation to install windows Restart installation

But i restart the computer and boot from disc again and it comes up with the same error anyone know the problem

is it to do with the Missing Registry file. Please Report if unexpected! errors during customizing my vista image?

i would be VERY Grateful if anyone could help
