cadogan30 Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 i decided too make a new xp sp3 cd using nlite.everything works fine,except the accounts.the only real problem i get is when i reboot.it never goes too the login screen.i have the administrator account which should always be there then another account for regular use.everytime it boots it goes straight too administrator.i have too manually logoff too get too the other account.another problem is it randomally asking me for a password too login.also i cant delete the new account or change the account settings from admin too limited. for the unattended settings i have it setup as:options: active checkedpassword expiration un checkedautologin nonelogin count 0must have password checkedno password typed in boxany help would be great. g-force Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 I think something gone wrong with the settings in nLite.It could be seen in "Last Session_u.ini" - but i beg you not to attach it here!A better way should be to change the settings on your current system,there`s no need to do a fresh install just because of that little bug.Open Regedit @ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonBefore you change anything backup the entry (rightclick > export) !!!Take a look at "AutoAdminLogon" - i think it`s self-explaining.
