Slipstreaming Drivers, MCE, "Setup cannot copy the file:****&quot

So am trying to slipstream my raid drivers in to MCE using nLite. Everytime I install I get bunch of "Setup cannot copy the file:*****" errors at the step right after I format the drive. First I tried just burning a CD with just the first MCE disk, I got the errors. Then I grabbed a different computer to try using both the disks on one DVD, still got the error. I tried burning it with nLite and with ImgBurn, same thing happens. I then tried burning it again with the other computer just using a CD and the first MCE disk, still getting the error. I am using nLite v1.4.9.1 and the only parts of it I am using are the drivers to put on the raid drivers and the make bootable disk. Even if I just use the make bootable disk option and not the drivers, still no worky. If I just install of the original MCE disk it works just fine, but then of course I can't use my raid setup.

Any suggestions? I couldn't find too much useful while searching.

If I can't figure it out soon I guess I will just go buy a floppy drive, but I really don't want to.

Here are some possible reasons:

1. bad CD/DVD media

2. too high burning speed

3. no clean source

You should give us some more informations about the name of the files, which could not been copied: always the same or different files? which extension (xxx.SYS)?
