Project Server 2007 - Queue Issues

Hi, I've looked at the list of forums and can't see one for Project Server 2007, hence my post here.

I have problems with items stuck in the queue. The queue will now not process anything, either from Project Professional 2007 or server side settings for things like custom field definitions. I have stopped and restarted the Queue Service but this had made no difference. I have also stopped the Project Application Service and restarted the queue. Again no difference. Any ideas as to why I can't get the service working?

Any help would be appreciated.
