A newly registered user with no previous record on the forums offering to download an exe with a vague description... sounds dangerous. Proceed at your own risk. The file is virus free, according to virustotal.com, but after running it in a VM it didn't seem to do anything useful other than popup hello world messages and "isn't china great?". I'm not even gonna virus scan the VM, just delete it. Program is specious at best, posted in the wrong forum, and from a user with no track record.
