brightness key don't work

Hello, I have installed windows server 2003 SP2 R2 in my notebook to work as home server, I have an original licence...

but i have one problem the brightness key didn't work (fn + f7 and fn +f8) i have no idea of whats wrong or how fix this problem, can someone help me?

You are probably missing the driver that the notebook manufacturer provides to activate the Fn button. What is your notebook?
