Install Filesync In Vista?

Anyone else having problems getting FileSync 2.18 (from www.fileware.com) to install in 32-bit Vista?

Just now trying out Vista (SP1) and I must say there are many things I like and many more things I really dislike. FileSync is one of my all-time favorite utilities and I will probably go back to XP just for it, TweakUI, and for my HP Scanjet 6250cxi and 5300C none of which will work in Vista.

Sorry!

Did not read all the way to the bottom.

I am just an old fart that likes to type in all caps because it is easier to see (and I have really bad eyes) and easier to do. I have reached the point in life where I have a hard time spelling and typing at the same time much less remembering to use the shift key.

A good friend just im'd me a link to FreeFileSync and it seems to work almost but not quite as good as FileSync did. If someone has a been successful in installing my old favorite - I would like to know about it.

thanks,

HOG
