Keeping Drivers w/ Sysprep Help!

First off, thank you very much for anyone taking the time to help me. My problem I imagine is a very simple one to resolve, though I am not quite up to date on editing the unattend.xml file to do what I need for deploying images.

What I do is install vista and all applications needed on a system then sysprep to deploy to other computer with the exact same hardware, what I need is for the image to keep the hardware specific drivers installed. Don't need anything fancy in terms of keeping settings or anything like that. I need OOBE to run as well.

this actually doesn't work at all for whatever reason, errors during windows setup saying it couldn't parse the unattend.xml file or something of that nature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
