Since you are running Turkish Windows, I assume you want to keep it but not the other two. I assume you checked the two, which is not shown in your screen shot. I suspect Windows will not let the whole group of Turkic be deleted because it contains the language of your copy of Windows (Turkish). Perhaps only nuhi can tell us if this is true. Enjoy, John.
