Defragging a RAID1 (mrrored) drive ..?

I have a XP PRO, Sp 2, fully updated, 2 separate Hard Drive system. The 2 Hard Drives

are Raid 1 Mirrored.

QUESTIONS:

IF I DEFRAGMENT the C-Drive (the only drive that I "see", will it Automatically and

Simulataneously also Defrag the Mirrired Drive?

Similarly, If I ERROR CHECK, will both Drives be EC'ed ??

In RAID, a partition is created on BOTH drives, therefore it will do whatever job you ask on both.
