I have problem with programs winrar cann't install

my account on OS xp owner administrator and I'm try install this applications use run as seam problem

the problem seam many file have build self use winrar before

Hmm, the screenshots look like they were taken from two different desktops.

My guess is as rendrag said a permissions issue, or the files are in use so you cannot write over them.

I would do a malware scan, things like dddd.exe and clean on your desktop are suspicious...
