PSF Windows Update files problem

I tried searching the forums and asking google about some files Windows Update downloads to my XP SP3 Spanish clean install.

What I'm trying to do is updating my XP SP3 source with the latest updates, but I don't know how to handle these files:

Their extension is .PSF

The header of the files say "PSTREAM"

I downloaded this files directly from Microsoft, thanks to the WindowsUpdate.log file in my Windows folder

Does anybody know what to do with these files?

How do I integrate them?

XP SP3 Spanish x86.
