System Restore Point Help

I recently installed Windows 7 on my Vista system and am having problems now because i selected the wrong hard drive on installation and now my computer is having a bunch of issues. If i use a system restore point from a day previous to my install will that remove the OS and fix my problems? Thanks

Hello and welcome to THE forum!! As to your question, one thing you have to understand is that an operating system is not a program you can uninstall through Add/Remove Programs or Restore Points. So the answer to your issue is no.
