vista multi-version DVD and vlite

I have an all-in-one vista disk which has:

business

home basic

home premium

ultimate

home basic N

business N

starter

if I want to apply a service packa nd some updates to all of them what do I have to do ? can I choose to work on all of them at once ? or do I have to make 7 copies of the folder and then 7 DVDs ?

any other details about working with this kind of disk would be much appreciated.
