andrewdodd13 Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 I've used vLite to strip out a bunch of stuff from Windows 7 so that it's small enough to fit onto my Eee 901's 4G SSD during installation. However, now that I've finished tweaking it I'm left with around 800MB of free space on C:.Is there any way to install the components I've removed from my install disk? For example, on Windows XP I know that if you nLite things, you can usually install them using an original disk and the inf files, but these don't appear to exist in Windows 7. I've pulled the files out of install.wim (chose folder 4 for Ultimate) but I can't find them anyway. Is there a way to do this?
