Help, my Nlite install wont work

Hi, am trying to pair down a version of windows XP sp3 to use on my asus eeepc. It will take the full XP but leaves no room for anything else. I ran the version of XP that I had installed on the eeepc through Nlite and stripped out a few things. I then tried to install on the eeepc and I keep getting the same message 'please insert disc Windows XP SP3'

Am new to this, can anyone help. Thanks in advance.
