What is new in office 2007 vs 2002?

I was wondering if I should bother looking into a 2007 copy or just stick with my 2002 copy. What is new? What improvements are there?

Stick with 2002.

The ribbon user interface is new - the whole menu system has been changed.

2007 has more pre-built templates like Header/Footer, Text Box presets, etc.

The Equation Editor is completely new.

there lots of stuff new but nothing that you're missing from 2002 right now.
