Connecting Dish Network to Windows Media Center

I just installed a new Sony All-in-One with Vista Ultimate Home Edition. I am trying to connect the coax feed from my Dish Network receiver to the computer. However the Dish receiver will only send signals on channels 21 up, and so far as I can tell, Windows Media Center will only accept signals on channels 2,3 and 4. What to do?

You don't want to use coax, it's the worst quality interconnect of them all.

You'd be better to run a different cable (s-video preferably, otherwise composite) to an analog input on the capture card. And then usually the remote control base thing has IE blasters, that you'll have to position somewhere that can make the box change channels.

It's a long run and the coax is already in place. And I don't mind the degredation in quality here.
