Wrong codepage in some applications

After an unattended installation some specific programs get incorrect Cyrillic codepage in menus (see attachment). Even if I process the OS image with nLite without adding any hotfixes or changing the Regional page the problem persists. I have just found out that it can be corrected after deleting all binary entries containing the word Font in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics]. Do you have any idea what could cause this?

PS: How can I make the system delete these registry entries during unattended installation?
