Slipstream via VLite vs Reverse integration

Hi everyone,

in a long, though inconclusive search both on this forum and elsewhere on the net (google), I cannot see which of both methods to integrate Sp1 into vista, is best.

I mean, using VLite is simple, but sometimes it seems a little bit too simple for me, given the fact that for a long time, service pack integration in Vista was called "very complex". In other words: does VLite use a 100% clean method without trouble afterwards? (and yes: i will temporarly disable mij Nod32 AV ;) )

I was also wondering: say I use VLite, is a process similar to Vsp1cln.exe actually performed after the integration? So that I don't end up with old RTM files after I use the new 'slipstreamed' DVD to install Vista on my pc?
