Hi

I was wondering, does anybody know of a way to change language settings from command line or some program which does this?

I am currently running either norwegian, swedish or english windows and want to easily change "Standards and formats", "location", "input language" and "language for non-uniciode programs" from a batch file.

Sounds more like you need a registry file to import settings. Build a registry file with the settings you need and import whenever you need it, then reboot.
