Firefox 3 install to Windows 98 S.E

Is there any way at all to be able to successfully install Firefox 3 to Windows 98 S.E?

I just got a message to update from FF2.0.0.18 to FF2.0.0.19

Would love to know if there are any tweaks that would let 98 users install FF3 without causing any problems.

using KernelEx is the only way to do it
