remote support software

No commercial crap and nothing you haven't used successfully yourself.

I use the free version of RealVNC. Works great.

I'm using the RealVNC as well.

In my case the biggest problem related to the RealVNC is inability to watch remote DOS full screen mode sessions. It is necesary to switch to windowed mode. Then a remote DOS application can be used.

Thanks guys, I'm looking for a solution similar to Go2MyPC but free.

Have been trying to get PCHelpWare working but their documentation really is the pits.
