bradybigd
Hello i am trying to install a kodak aio printer 5100 but when i install from disk i get to the point where it tells me to plug in usb. This i do and doesnt register that its plugged in. However xp does register it shows new hardware but i search where drivers are and it wont install. If i click start printers and faxes and add new printer it finds new play and plug and when you see it copying drivers it comes up with this error message "no signature was present in the subject"cant install. I have the driver signature option set to allow all even unsigned. I think i may be missing files as i have tweaked system folder. Does anyone know what files i need in windows system 32 or other places which would prevent my usb printer aio from installing?Thank you in advance Don Edited December 5, 2008 by bradybigd
johnhc
bradybigd, did you use nLite on your source? Did you remove any USB stuff? Please attach (not paste) your LastSession.ini. In general, more information is always better. Enjoy, John.
