johnhc Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 neogamer67, sorry for my ignorance of your language. I will need to see English if I am to help. Please attach (not paste) your Last.Session.ini.Enjoy, John.
neogamer67 Posted November 25, 2008 Author Posted November 25, 2008 I use a WINDOWS XP PRO CD x86 original OEM. I transfer the CD in a file. I change Windows with nlite (1.4.9.1) then I create picture ISO. BUT when I install Windows with my pilots RAID (nforce 680i SLI) which I inserted I meet with absolutely basic Windows
neogamer67 Posted November 25, 2008 Author Posted November 25, 2008 here is the file. I insert the pilots only. But when I use the CD I acquire windows completely lightDerni_re_session.ini
johnhc Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 neogamer67,I used Babel Fish to translate your first post and that worked well, so you can use French. I see nothing wrong with your LastSession.ini and can think of nothing at this time. Can you explain what you mean by "absolutely basic Windows" (Windows est basique)? Does Windows boot OK and run OK? Does Internet Explorer work? Can you tell me some things that are missing? When Windows Setup (install) asked about F6 to install RAID drivers (pilots?), did you hit F6 (you should not)? I assume pilots are drivers (device drivers, programmes pilotes de périphérique).Enjoy, John.
neogamer67 Posted November 26, 2008 Author Posted November 26, 2008 installation of Windows is done without problem. Windows launches out. It is basic, like if all the options of suppression of programs, services etc… were notched! however I do not notch anything
johnhc Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 neogamer67,I still do not understand what is missing. Is Internet Explorer there, and if so does it work? Can you browse web sites? If everything in nLite was checked (notched) then I suspect Windows would not run at all. Perhaps you can post a screen shot showing what is missing. Make sure you have not run nLite against a source folder that has already had nLite run on it. Always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders. Are you testing on hardware or a virtual system? If you are not using a virtual system, you should consider VirtualBox or VirtualPC - both are free.Enjoy, John.
neogamer67 Posted November 26, 2008 Author Posted November 26, 2008 no there is not Internet to explore. I copy out a new (not changed) CD every time. I insert the pilots only and I automate the installation, it is everything! But I acquire Windows XP without defragmenteur, paint, service, IE, etc etc etc... ALL MISSEDas though I check all options of nlite but I do not make it
neogamer67 Posted November 26, 2008 Author Posted November 26, 2008 (edited) the result in picture with the file (last session.ini) veiled which I gave you:FULL BASIC Edited November 26, 2008 by neogamer67
neogamer67 Posted November 26, 2008 Author Posted November 26, 2008 (edited) I finally was able to install the RAID drivers without using nLite and so I don't need nLite anymore , but this problem still seems strangethank you very much for your help, despite our language difference Edited November 26, 2008 by neogamer67
johnhc Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 neogamer67, thanks for the report. I am glad you were able to get your system running. I have no idea what was going on with nLite and wish that nuhi (the author) would take a look. I agree it is very strange. Thanks, John.
neogamer67 Posted November 26, 2008 Author Posted November 26, 2008 Finally, when I read the cd with the burner, it works ...Thank you very much bye
