Audio Production

Hey was wondering if anyone can tell me what i can remove to get windows xp sp2 server edition (Or i do have a copy of sp2 pro Somewhere in my house) to make better for audio production so i will still need to install DAW's and possibly go online? but online is optional.

or vista i bought that for my newer computer that got fried...
