Hi all.

Good website here, like the look of it.

I have a question about MS Powerpoint, mainly the Office 2003 version (although I can access the 2007 version if people want to reply based on that.)

The question is: Can I get a custom animation to occur on an object by clicking on just that object? Rather than having a predefined list of animations which goes through in order, regardless of where the click happens. If that's possible, the ideal scenario is to trigger an animation by clicking a DIFFERENT object. I'm using PowerPoint to make a CAL package, and the more interactivity I can give to the user, the better. Am hoping to get slides where information only comes on the slide if the user wants it.

I know one option for more interactivity is using action buttons as hyperlinks to other slides with the extra information, which I have done. But if this is possible, it would be more ideal. When selecting action settings for these action buttons, I notice one of the potential settings is "Object action", although it's always greyed out for me. Is this a potential route, if I can get that to work?

Thanks for your help, all the best,

Jamie
