You could try this, I found it in my old XP tweaking notes, I've not tested it so I'm afraid its going to be hit and miss. Just back up that key first.

Reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{540D8A8B-1C3F-4E32-8132-530F6A502090} /f

I would also suggest that because it's GUI related testing will probably require an explorer reboot to verify.
