joe43wv Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 My co-worker's machine is running office 2003 and has run into an issue. Anytime he tries to send an e-mail he receives and error message:"The file outlook.ost is in use and can not be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, then try again." I tried running the scan test I found on MS site, but it errored out. Any ideas?
