What is the best shell I can use for making XP into a Kiosk?

I would like have icons for

Word, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Log off button on the desktop.

everything else needs to be locked down and inaccessible.

If for professional use, you might try SiteKiosk, but I don't know the price of it (there might be a trial version).
