Stripping A Slipstreamed Vista...?

Hi everyone,

Sorry for my bad english, but im from Holland... that explains a bit

I just downloaded a Vista Slipstreamed version (created by Muiz) wich include a lot of extras (programms, addons, etc.).

My question is: can i strip some of those things off?

And eventually, can i make it a REAL clean (but still activated) Vista version?

I hope you guys understood my message and hope that there is someone who can help me.
