Windows XP Updates Help

Hi all

I created an unnatended cd and i made a nice boot screen that prompt me to user choose if wanted to install all windows updates or not...the problem is that in different machinesm different updates get installed

The updates are called from runonce and i really see the process running but the truth is that i go to winupdate site and i have some to install (different ones on different machines) is always about only 3 or 4 to install but...im a perfeccionist

the updates are stored in the cd but they arent corrupt cause if i run them by hand it gets installed just fine

I think im going crazy :\ dont know what to do
