SLK001
All the programs that I use will open a directory with the "List" view when I try to open a file. I prefer to use the "Details" view, so that requires that I go through the "Views" icon, then select "Details".I mean when you are in a program, like for instance, PhotoShop, and you want to open a file, the open dialog default view is "List". It is this setting that I want to be able to change.Since all programs seem to have this default view in their "Open File" dialog, I am assuming that there is a registry key somewhere that can change it. Is there a registry setting to change the default "Open Dialog" view to "Details"?
