Early morning scenario: User: "I dont know what happened...

So one of our techs goes over to her office, walks up the her desk, stares at the monitor which indeed was blue.... you know that logon screen blue. So without even touching the keyboard he fixes the problem...

There was a post-it in the middle of the screen !!!! Those large size post-it that someone had pasted in her monitor with a note. Once removed she could see the CTRL-ALT-DEL screen..... IT Ticket was closed.

and that's a TRUE story that I wanted to share with you guys!
