Question about the SP3 download

On the Windows site, you can download the XP SP3 Network Installation Package, but it says this is provided for install multiple computers, and to get the one I need for integration into nLite from Windows Update.

My question is, what specific file do I need to use, and where do I find it? Thanks a lot.
