Fatal Error

I've just managed to build a CD that gets to the part of windows install where you have the full GUI and this error came up:

Error:

SXS.DLL: Syntax error in manifest on policy file "D:\I386\asms\6000\MSFT\VCRTL\VCRTL.MAN" on line 11.

Error:

Installation Failed: D:\I386\asms. Error Message: A componet's file does not match the verification information present in component manifest.

***

Fatal Error:

One of the components that Windows needs to continue setup could not be installed.

A component's file does not match the verification information present in the component manifest.

What am I supposed to do with this? :-/

RandomCake, have you tried Google? I get several hits on :

Syntax error in manifest on policy file "D:\I386\asms\6000\MSFT\VCRTL\VCRTL.MAN"
