Noise Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 Well, first of all you PC isn't speaking English. American drivers hate foreigners.OK, I know exactly what your problem is. You are loading drivers that are conflicting with the native drivers that come with Windows. Try installing Windows old school. From the CDROM, with no F6 drivers - old school. Maybe just the IntelINF drivers.
johnhc Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 (edited) lahvitz,You may be in trouble. See here. I suggest you search Google and Intel's driver DL pages for a driver for ICH9M/M-E. There may not be an XP diver for this chip set. Try sending an e-mail to Intel tech support.Good luck, John.EDIT: I just looked at the HP site and it does not look good. I would suggest you e-mail them also about drivers.Good luck, John. Edited September 28, 2008 by johnhc
