Hi guys,

I tried to enable hibernation on one of my vista machines. I issued a "powercfg -h on" command but got an error instead.

Please refer to the screenshot for the error message.

How do i solve this ??

Thanks

i ask the user abt the Olympus camera, however, he said he did not own any camera...

so i find it very strange...

btw, is there any way to delete the affected drivers?

check the installed software and try step by step to find out what is causing the issue.

with autorun i know that you can uncheck some driver to prevent them to be load at the startup

take a look

It's definitely a printer driver, and not one that ships on the Vista disc. You should look in the uninstall a program applet under programs in the control panel to see what printer or camera software is installed.

Just disable hibernation.

Hibernation causes more problems then it does good. I disable hibernation on all systems I work on to prevent potential problems.
