jodan Posted September 24, 2008 Share Posted September 24, 2008 Hi,I have been trying to slipstream the Intel TextMode SATA drivers using nLite.But whenever I tried to use the PEBuilder to build a BARTPE, I have this warning.Warning: File "iastor.sys" not foundAs a result, I am unable to boot into a system with a SATA HDD drive.I have googled and search the forums for answers, but nothing seems to work.I have input the strings manually, but the warning is always the same.Any advice? jchuillier Posted September 24, 2008 Share Posted September 24, 2008 (edited) Hello,Normally in your nlite files you should have a i386 folder, inside and NLDRV folder and inside this one a 001 folder which contains the iastor.sy_ file which is the compressed file...just change the pe logfile to look for iastor.sy_ instead of iastor.sys and all should be fine.... Iastor is missing in layout.inf.Hence file is not copied and missing at final BartPE.Avoid nlited source files for PEBuilder so far. Or copy missing files yourself.
