Icon Packager v3.2

Ok folks here something ive been trying to work out...

I have Icon Packager which i want to use in my install to change the look of my desktop icons/folders etc etc

Now the install of the program is not a problem ive got that sorted out, what im after is how to setup a default set of icons to be used at first boot without having to first load the program and manually select them.

Anybody got any ideas on this? Im really stuck searched for ages and cant find out what it is. :(
