jamesas
Hi Guys, I have this really bizare problem with exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 on a single mailbox, the user was leaving the office for leave and wanted emails forwarded to her hotmail address and decided to follow a microsoft guide to set it up. However after she setup all the rules and pressed OK she got the following messages: "One of more rules could not be uploaded to exchange server and have been deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported or there is insufficient space to store all your rules" "The operation failed." Now the rules no longer appear under the rules and alerts window and email is not being sent to her hotmail or inbox, it is all being queued up in the Local Delivery queue where is is frozen and sending delay notifications out. Help any ideas on how to wipe the rules from exchange or anything on how to make the emails go back to her inbox!! PS. ive tried outlook /cleanrules
