[Req] Batch file help

Hi guys

i need to create a batch file in my thumbdrive to perform certain tasks...

1) Create a "log" folder in every drive. eg, if a computer have 3 partitions, the bat file will create the log folders in c:, d: and e:

2) Change the permission of the "log" folder to having only the administrator have the rights to access (i have subinacl.exe in my thumbdrive)

3) Change the attrib of the folder to hidden

Can anyone help me out?
