Update local downloaded files

I've already download updates files, how I can get only new updates after my first one.

I note that some folder (two) are in yellow and others in green, I need to download only in yellow?

I need to download all files again? Can't understand that.

What the difference between windows-xp-x86-enu and windows-xp-sp2-x86-ene? After a clean install with SP 2 and SP 3 I need to download what .ulz?

I case to need this two I must download both to the same folder?
