After some too tenaciously vLite'ing my otherwise perfect Vista64 installation is missing perfmon.exe, or Performance and Reliability Tool as it is called.

I am not too keen on reinstalling or doing a repair install, and is wondering if there is any other way to manually reinstall the above?

I have the latest files extracted from SP1 that belongs to perfmon, but probably I need a bunch of reg entries as well to make it work. If I extract the package from SP1 I also get a .manifest file which seems to contain the needed registry entries. Is it possible to convert this manifest to a .reg file in some way, and if so, will it help at all in making perfmon available?

The package and files I have located:

amd64_microsoft-windows-performancetoolsgui_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6001.18000_none_f82859af59516146

pdhui.dll

perfmon.exe

perfmon.msc

sysmon.ocx

wdc.dll

wvc.dll
