ASUS Function Keys Problem

The function keys have stopped working on my ASUS M51SN Laptop. Only some have stopped working (like the audio controls) while the LCD switch is still working. Also the multimedia buttons don't work. I think I accidently deleted something when trying to remove a persistent virus. Which driver should I uninstall and re-install? The ASUS Support website is currently not working...

Running Vista Ultimate SP1 with latest Microsoft/Windows Updates on an ASUS M51Sn Series.
