XP Home - SP3 - ASPI.SYS

I am trying to create an XP Home OEM CD with SP3 slipstreamed and Internet Explorer 7 added. I have copied all of the files from an original XP Home SP2 CD then using nLite have installed SP3 as a Service Pack and IE7 as a Hotfix.

When using the newly created CD the installation stops fairly soon, with an unable to copy ASPI.SYS message. I have checked that the aspi.sy_ file exists on the CD and have copied this file to a hard drive and 'expanded' it to aspi.sys without any problem.

Any ideas anyone.
