Creating Anti Malware/Spyware/Virus Boot DVD

Heya @ all... please don't flame me for what might be a tard question, but I'm trying to figure out how to build a bootable DVD that would be able to run all my common anti malware/spyware/virus applications (such as Symantec Endpoint,combofix,hijack this, etc...). I was thg an inking maybe building it in a VMWare session and then creating an ISO of it, but not having much luck. I checked the 911CD forums, but nothing there too descriptave.. I'm sure it's been done and would appreciate any help you all could provide.
